Performance marketing specialist

In the role of Performance Marketing Specialist at TOWER, your primary responsibility is to monitor digital performance across multiple channels whilst offering insight gained through proven, industry-level experience. You shall be playing a significant role in optimising and reporting on ROI across multiple marketing channels.

Your Duties

  • Understand and help shape the structure for performance space across Ad-Tech
  • Work with the internal and external marketing team to proactive hit KPI's across major channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic, Display CRM, Affiliates and Partners)
  • Operate at different levels - strategic and operational execution to help the marketing teams and add value
  • Oversee the strategy, management and optimisation of complete marketing budget
  • Lead and oversee projects from brands and internal management, from project conception to execution and launch
  • Create bold online strategies that will deliver commercial results working alongside the Brand Manager and marketing teams to amplify campaigns and support brand awareness
  • Take ownership of ROI across all digital marketing campaigns
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on how the budget is being utilised and the ROI achieved on each marketing channel

The Essentials

  • 3+ years within Digital marketing, Product or MarTech Management
  • Clearly leading across Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic, Display CRM, Affiliates and Partners
  • Ability to outline and define strong optimisation skills through deep data analytics
  • Commercially savvy and able to produce business cases whilst effectively driving the company brand

Market place Manager

Your Duties

  • Strategically manage all marketplace activity for the company, ensuring the company reaches its KPI’s across multiple marketplaces
  • Measure and report performance of all marketplaces, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to analyse new opportunities and key growth potential
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for all marketplaces, and identify opportunities for growth to take initiative on
  • Provide buying team with recommendations based on research and forecast for potential products based on demands in each markets
  • Monitor and review competitors, market trends and fast-moving products regularly to understand best practices and new opportunities
  • Manage and ensure metrics are hit for all selling channels and report management on weekly basis
  • Manage relationships with all marketplace account managers for the company

The Essentials

  • 2+ Years’ experience in an Ecommerce / Marketplace Manager role
  • Solid understanding of different marketplaces globally, marketplace tools, advertising concepts and marketplace industry trends
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive and willing to use your own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to report both internally and externally to key stakeholders of all levels

Footwear Planner

Responsible for the range and brand assortment planning for Tower Footwear with main focus on Online and Retail stores. In close collaboration with buying, you are seeking long -and short-term opportunities through closely monitoring sales performance, trends and are constantly up to date with our customer. You will be connecting qualitative and quantitative insights translating the budgets and forecasting into an excellent value proposition, equally driving sales, profitability, and value. The main objective of our Footwear planner is to have a deep understanding of our sales (demand) through each channel and plan inventory (supply) accordingly. To thrive within this role, you need to have a passion for footwear with deep range planning experience, a deep commercial understanding, be on top of the brands and trends and combine all that information with an analytical mindset and data analysis skills.

Your Duties

  • Taking an active lead in sales planning and supplying/collaborating with the buying team with market- and sales insights and analysis culminating in a mutually agreed optimal buy budget for presentation to the board.
  • Collaborating with Retail and Online teams follow up on sales. Collect, analyse, and respond to data driven opportunities
  • Supply Online and Retail team’s assortment and inventory updates
  • Creating, driving, and maintaining all Footwear Range Planning including setting and driving the merchandising role, structure and timetable including shaping processes and meeting agendas
  • Monitoring, analysing, and responding to sales actuals on all Retail channels including identifying and acting on opportunities and aligning the short term and long-term forecasting, assortment and sales planning. Responsible for constant short- and long-term inventory management, analysis and planning
  • Constantly supply forecasting updates at key line level, planning and taking an active role in all order Forecasting Driving in-bound order prioritization to optimize inventory levels
  • Manage Article creation and maintenance within the business, from creation to exit
  • Daily, weekly, monthly sales monitoring, analysis and inventory management/ planning
  • Conduct relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis’s including data, trend, customer, competitor and market
  • Constantly updating other departments on relevant information and sharing reports, forecasts, insights, analysis material or other
  • Manage the correct path with KPI creation and follow up
  • Analyse and feedback on seasonal buys in a strategic and coherent recap
  • Accountable for the sales budgets across the footwear buys and ensure the tracking, maintaining of the budgets on a weekly basis ensuring they are managed effectively
  • Develop relationships with cross functional peers across Marketing, Retail, Buying and Online departments
  • Partner with the Pricing team to understand price-bands across the business and assist in trading the business effectively
  • Control of inward stock, ensuring brand deliveries and intakes are on time , planned and processed through the business at the correct time , maximising sales

Our new Footwear Planner is someone who has 5+ years of Footwear Merchandise/Range Planning experience within the footwear fashion industry; preferably across all genders and experience from working with Mid to high level brands. We also see you as experienced and confident in:

Head of Retail

As Head of Retail within TOWER, your prime responsibility is to enable progression across a unique, yet highly tuned quality of retail experience produced and maintained at an in-store level. It is important to consider the impact your influence will have across all consumer-facing TOWER retail sectors.

Your Duties

  • Be in continuous contact with; our Board of Directors, Head of Omni-Channel, Digital Commerce Manager and Creative and Marketing Manager to ensure a coherent ethos, retail structure and product approach is maintained across fascia
  • Support store managers with training, product launch and execution of best operational practise
  • Support store managers with providing the best possible service from knowledge to product advocacy
  • Define realistically achievable KPIs, complimentary of weekly, monthly and quarterly budgets
  • Oversee portfolios breaking down individual retail space strategies catering to specific consumer requirements and needs
  • An ability to interpret statistics and data correctly, so TOWER retail spaces are working at their full potential
  • Hands-on approach to store-specific stock package configuration based on; bestsellers, non-selling, fringe customer and core-consumer bases
  • You shall be responsible for roll-out and activation of product launch, updating POS systems and successful installation of updated digital systems where applicable
  • Identify in-store training and performance monitoring functions, opening doors to oversee retail progression first-hand with tools to troubleshoot and correct issues before they arise

Store Manager

The Essentials

  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience required
  • Ideally previous experience in retail management with a branded footwear retailer
  • Excellent time management and planning capabilities
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong visual merchandising skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of driving store turn over and achieving annual KPI’s

Your Duties

  • Manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
  • Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales and KPI performance
  • Instill a culture of exceptional customer service through coaching and development
  • Assist the Regional Manager in monitoring product knowledge and improving where necessary
  • Assist Regional Manager in ensuring all paperwork, policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately
  • Working with the Regional Manager to ensure the store is working to the highest operational standards
  • Drive and deliver KPI’s to targets set
  • Manage presentation of company merchandise and make commercial decisions based on relevant store and competitor information
  • Communicate and ensure the adherence of all company policies and procedures from all staff and deal with non-compliance accordingly
  • Ensure your team are versed on hourly, daily, weekly targets etc. and are aware of key trends and promotions in store
  • Maintain an awareness of current and market trends, understand forthcoming customer promotions and monitor local competitors as and when required
  • Recruit and maintain a high level of candidates to ensure store succession plan is in place
  • Carry out all additional duties where and when necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability for your role
